Richard Potts
Richard has circa 20 years’ experience in the residential and mixed-use development sector mostly operating in London, the Home Counties and Central Southern England.
Having spent 10 years at CALA Homes as Land and Planning Director, Richard then spent 3 years as Managing Director of Seaward Properties prior to setting up Chartfield Homes.
Richard has an extensive local network and is focussed on delivery of quality developments with a conscious strategy to avoid the mass-produced homes of volume Housebuilders.
